Not only studies and researches but the special emphasis on these 3 subjects in Agricultural sector would be the priority in the common Agricultural platform of Exclusive Inclusions 

The 3rd world countries, mostly,are agricultural countries, needing advancements in their techniques,more than man power.We aim for a common Agricultural & agricultural Engineering platform with these 90+ countries whereby some countries would be developing technologies,some would be doing researches,some providing raw materials and some doing engineering work- all helping each other in their unique way by the will of God.
This would be the Flow if within a diamond block. 

Here,there would be no rotations,rather the countries/MUs would be assigned different roles,and again,the most contributing MUs would be having their conventional currencies mostly,in circulation eg if Russia or Japan or China are taking lead,their currencies would remain in circulation for 6 months or more (usual is 3-6 months).

-Famine & Droughts:

Regarding countries facing droughts/famine due to any reason,those of higher gradient in the block should be mustly providing those with food and other necessities, again specially considering for the type of malnutrition the population is facing.

There should be special establishments of new food restaurant branches in the area (of the chains participating in food programs i.e the Tuaams involvement too).
